Hectic and stress are almost part of everyday life - so it's all the more important to treat yourself to regular rest. Our tip: Relaxing baths with medicinal herbs. They give your body new energy and allow your mind and soul to breathe again.
Spruce needles, lavender, lime blossom or orange peel are suitable for your herbal bath. For particularly sensual moments, you can add rose petals to the water - they nourish the skin and exude a delicate fragrance.
This is how it works:
- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil and leave to cool slightly.
- Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Let the bath water in (ideal: 38-40 °C).
- Strain the herbal infusion and pour into the bath
- Immerse, relax and enjoy.
