The Sauna world at Solbad Schönbühl will whisk you away to a fascinating world where you can immediately leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in soothing warmth and deep relaxation.
In the textile-free sauna, you can enjoy the Finnish sauna, the Bio sauna, the Earthen fire sauna with fireplace and the panoramic infusion sauna in the outdoor area. The offer is complemented by the soothing herbal steam bath, which pampers the body and respiratory tract. Hourly infusions with fine essences make every sauna session a special experience. Afterwards, refresh yourself in the experience showers, plunge pool or footbath and get your circulation going.
After a sauna session, you can find peace and quiet in the relaxation room with fireplace or in the idyllic Sauna garden. The Sauna Lounge rounds off your stay: here you can enjoy small delicacies and the relaxed atmosphere.

- The Sauna can be visited from the age of 16.
- The Sauna and steam rooms are textile-free - with the exception of the textile steam bath in the Natural saltwater bath.
- The Sauna is mixed.

Wellness dress code:
Please note that swimwear is compulsory. For reasons of hygiene, it is not permitted to wear underwear under swim shorts. In the bathing area, men wear swimming trunks or swimming shorts, women wear a bikini or swimming costume. Burkinis are welcome. No underwear under swimwear, no street clothes, no shoes.

Panorama sauna: 80 to 85 °C
In the Panorama sauna, you can enjoy intense heat and sweeping views. As you sweat, your gaze wanders into the distance - a sauna experience that harmoniously combines relaxation and nature.
Earthen fire sauna: 90 to 95 °C
You reach the Earthen fire sauna through a tunnel. You can expect intense heat and a special atmosphere by the fireplace - powerful, original and revitalising.
Finnish Sauna: 80 to 85 °C
Classic Sauna with dry, intense heat. It promotes blood circulation, strengthens your immune system and provides deep relaxation.
Bio sauna: 60 °C
Gentle heat and higher humidity make this Sauna particularly pleasant. Ideal for gentle relaxation and a mild sauna experience.
Herbal steam bath: 45 °C
Moist heat and fine herbal aromas open your pores, nourish the skin and have a soothing effect on the respiratory tract. Ideal for breathing deeply and relaxing.
Fireplace relaxation room
Enjoy cosy warmth and deep peace in the fireplace relaxation room. The soft candlelight in the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and lets you forget everyday life.
Sauna lounge
