At AQUA-SPA-RESORTS AG, the conscious and respectful use of natural resources is a key concern for us - both in the careful planning and in the day-to-day operation of our spa worlds. For us, sustainability not only means taking responsibility for the environment, but also developing future-orientated solutions that have a long-term impact. That is why we make targeted investments in modern technologies, energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. In this way, we create a balance between relaxation, comfort and ecological action - so that you can not only enjoy your time out with us to the full, but also feel good about it.
Renewable heat
We rely on renewable heat sources for a cosy, warm spa experience. With the exception of one location, all spa worlds at AQUA-SPA-RESORTS AG are supplied with sustainable heat - for example through geothermal probes, heat recovery or groundwater and lake water heat exchangers. So you can enjoy your time out with a good feeling.
100 % Swiss hydropower
The entire electricity requirement of our spa worlds is covered by renewable hydropower from Switzerland. Your holiday with us is not only relaxing, but also environmentally friendly.
Water from natural sources
Many of our systems utilise spring, mineral or thermal water that would otherwise seep away unused. We constantly monitor the water volumes to ensure that no water is lost unnecessarily - for a respectful use of this valuable resource.
Gentle cleanliness Environmentally friendly care
We pay attention to maximum cleanliness and hygiene and rely on optimised processes and regular training. We minimise the use of chemicals and use biodegradable cleaning agents wherever possible.
Natural products for massages and treatments
For massages and treatments, we use organic natural products from the Swiss company Farfalla, which are specially manufactured to our requirements. In individual spa worlds, we also use regional organic products such as Swiss stone pine or marmot oil - for natural care that is good for you and the environment.
