Your body is first massaged in the prone position, then in the supine position, working from the bottom up with warm oil and warm stones. The masseur or masseuse focuses on each part of your body in turn, working from your toes up through your legs, torso and back to your arms, hands, shoulders and neck. Through stroking, kneading and rubbing movements, you’ll gradually reach deeper layers of tissue. Enjoy the energising blend of jojoba oil with rosemary, ravintsara and peppermint.
