Homemade hair setting lotion
Would you like to optimally nourish and care for your hair during the cold winter months? Then try our homemade hair conditioner - mood-enhancing, relaxing and with a sensual scent of vanilla and the Orient. It not only gives your hair natural hold, but also has an aphrodisiac, soothing and stimulating effect thanks to its warm spices. Cayenne also promotes blood circulation to your scalp.
Recipe (for approx. 5 portions)
- 1 g tonka beans (ground, e.g. from Rapunzel)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 90 ml water
Preparation
Cover the spices, honey and water in a pan and simmer for approx. 13 minutes. Then strain through a cloth or gauze and pour into a nebuliser.
Application
Use as a hair setting agent, hair conditioner or hair massage.
Shelf life
1 week at room temperature
2 weeks in the refrigerator
