Beautiful feet in two simple steps
After long months in woollen socks and heavy boots, our feet are often anything but beautiful. A little ritual at home is enough to get them fit for spring: a soothing foot bath with baking soda and a gentle massage.
Fill a bowl or footbath with pleasantly warm water (36-38 °C) and add Kaisernatron powder from the pharmacy. Lean back and allow your feet to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. The baking soda has a cleansing effect, neutralises odours and softens the skin.
After the bath, massage your feet with the rich Olivia cream (from the Hammam & Spa Oktogon). It moisturises, intensively nourishes and leaves your skin feeling smooth.
Our tip: A foot bath like this is the ideal preparation for your nail care - it makes your pedicure and polish look particularly good.
