Recipe: Strawberry Virgin Mojito
Our non-alcoholic strawberry mojito brings the taste of summer straight into your glass. Perfect for warm days and relaxing moments in the garden.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g lemon juice
- 200 g water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish
Method
Place the frozen strawberries in a high-powered blender along with the sugar, lemon juice and water, and blend until smooth. Fill the glasses with ice cubes, pour the strawberry mixture over the top and garnish with fresh mint to taste.
Tip: The Strawberry Mojito Virgin tastes particularly refreshing straight from the fridge or garnished with extra fresh strawberries.
