Mocktail "Nojito" - your summer drink
Are you still missing the right drink while you cosy up in your deckchair? Then try our refreshing mocktail - easy to make and perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- ½ lime
- 7 tablespoons coarse-grained raw sugar
- 1 sprig of fresh peppermint
- 4 ice cubes or crushed ice
- 0.5 dl rum alternative (e.g. Rebels 0.0 %)
- Mineral water to top up
Preparation
Rinse the lime in hot water, pat dry, cut into pieces and add to the glass together with the sugar. Lightly crush with a fork or mortar and add the mint.
Fill the glass to just below the rim with ice cubes, pour over the rum alternative, stir briefly and top up with mineral water.
Serve with a straw and a few fresh mint leaves - and you have pure summer feeling in your glass.
