A foot bath with sea salt and lemon is a soothing way to refresh and care for your feet and do something good for them after a long day. Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp sea salt
- Juice of 1 to 2 lemons
- 2-3 litres of warm water
- Optional: a few drops of essential oil (e.g. tea tree or lavender)
Instructions
- Fill a large bowl or footbath with pleasantly warm water.
- Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of sea salt and leave to dissolve completely.
- Add the juice of 1 to 2 fresh lemons.
- Optionally, add a few drops of essential oil (e.g. tea tree or lavender).
- Soak and relax your feet for 15-20 minutes.
- Then rinse briefly, dry gently and treat with foot cream.
