Yoghurt with granola

A healthy breakfast doesn't have to be complicated: Greek yoghurt, granola and fruit puree create a harmonious combination of creamy freshness, fruity lightness and crunchy bite in no time at all. Whether as a start to the day, a light lunch, a sweet dessert or a snack between meals - this recipe always works.

The best thing about it: you can also get this delicious yoghurt at the Hürlimannbad Zürich. Treat yourself to a little break, savour the moment - and indulge in culinary delights.

Tip for extra enjoyment

  • 200 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 30 ml fruit puree (seasonal)
  • 25 g granola
  • 1 peppermint crown for decoration
  • Pour the yoghurt into a large preserving jar.
  • Carefully add the fruit puree on top - do not mix for a nice layered effect!
  • Sprinkle the granola evenly on top - for the perfect crunch.
  • Garnish with a peppermint crown and enjoy immediately!

Use homemade granola - this way you can determine the sweetness to suit your taste.
Use different fruits for the puree depending on the season - e.g. strawberries in summer, apples or pears in autumn.

For a little protein kick: simply add chia seeds or nuts.
