At the Hammam Bern, Bern's architectural history and oriental bathing culture merge to create a unique experience. The Hammam stands on the foundations of Hammam Bern's first gas boiler from the 19th century - an octagonal building, the so-called octagon, which still gives our Hammam its name today.
A special world of relaxation opens up to you on four floors. The Hammam Ritual forms the centrepiece of your stay - a journey through heat, steam and cleansing. Gentle scrubs and the warm relaxation bath under the 13-metre-high dome give you a sense of lightness before you find complete peace on the Marble tables.
In addition to the ritual, soothing massages and treatments await you to round off your visit. You can end your time out in the cosy relaxation rooms or in the small Bistro - with tea, fine snacks and a pleasant atmosphere.
