Whether on the terrace, in the garden or at the bar in the Mineralbad Rigi - this cocktail radiates pure joie de vivre.
Ingredients
- A large wine glass full of ice
- Prosecco
- 4 cl Rigi liqueur
- 2 cl lime juice
- Slice of lime & fresh mint for decoration
Preparation
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Slowly pour over the Prosecco.
- Add Rigi liqueur and lime juice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and mint.
Enjoy spring with every sip - and toast to unforgettable moments!
