Arrival Mineralbad Rigi
Even the journey to the Rigi, the Queen of the Mountains, is an experience in itself.
As soon as the cogwheel railway or aerial cableway ascends into the valley, the view opens up to Lake Lucerne, lush green meadows, dense forests and the expansive Alpine panorama. Whether in a historic nostalgic carriage or in the aerial cableway - every metre of altitude takes you further away from everyday life and closer to relaxation.
As Mount Rigi is car-free, you can take the mountain railways for a relaxed journey. Choose between the cogwheel railway from Vitznau or Arth-Goldau or the aerial cableway from Weggis.
Car parks are available at all valley stations, and the well-coordinated connections make your journey uncomplicated, comfortable - and just as impressive as the destination itself.

Arrival via Weggis
Enjoy the ride high above Weggis on the aerial cableway to Rigi Kaltbad. The entrance to the Mineral bath & Spa is located in the same building as the mountain station.
Arrival via Vitznau
Enjoy a relaxing journey on the cogwheel railway from Vitznau to Rigi Kaltbad. The station is just a few minutes' walk from the Mineralbad Rigi Kaltbad & Spa.
Arrival via Goldau
You can organise your journey via Goldau in many different ways. If you want to combine your visit with a hike, then Goldau is the right place for you.
With hike
Take the cogwheel railway to Rigi Wölfertschen-First. From there, you can reach Rigi Kaltbad in around 40 minutes on foot - perfect if you want to combine your time out with a short hike.
Without hike
Take the cog railway from Arth-Goldau to Rigi Kulm and change there to the train to Rigi Kaltbad. Rigi Kaltbad station is just a few minutes' walk from the Mineralbad Rigi Kaltbad & Spa.
Arrival via Kräbel
The journey with the Kräbel - Rigi Scheidegg aerial cableway can be ideally combined with a hike of approx. 2 hours. Discover the panoramic trail from Rigi Scheidegg to Rigi Kaltbad - a panoramic start to your time out.
