All about Vouchers
Is my Vouchers still valid?
Vouchers from AQUA-SPA-RESORTS can be redeemed in all six spa worlds and online. Service and value vouchers expire 10 years from the date of issue (Art. 127 OR).
Relax Cards can be used in exchange for all services.
If a service voucher for a specific application is no longer available or the price has changed, the original voucher value will be credited towards another service. Exchanges or refunds - even of partial amounts - are not possible. Reduced remaining amounts are also subject to the 10-year validity period.
Where can I redeem my Vouchers?
In all six spa worlds of the AQUA-SPA-RESORTS: Bern, Schönbühl, Zurich, Rigi-Kaltbad, Samedan and Locarno.
You can also redeem your Vouchers at a different facility than the one originally specified - it is the value in Swiss francs that counts.
How do I redeem my Vouchers online?
Simply enter your Vouchers or promotional code in the last step of the order under "Complete" and click on "Apply" - the amount will be redeemed immediately and automatically deducted from the total value.
You have three options:
- Enter code manually
- Scan QR code
- Upload Vouchers as PDF
You can also use several Vouchers with one order. If the voucher value is higher than the total amount, the remaining amount is retained and can be redeemed with the next purchase.
Where can I find my Vouchers code?
Vouchers: The code (24 digits) can be found under the QR code on your voucher.
Relax Cards: You will find the code on the back - starting with an "s" followed by 9 or 10 digits.
Can I pay for my reservation with a Vouchers?
Yes, as soon as you have selected a reservation time and added it to your shopping basket, you can redeem your Vouchers during the payment process.

What happens if my Vouchers are worth more than the reservation?
If the value of your Vouchers is higher than the total amount of your Reservation, the remaining amount will be retained and can be redeemed for another booking or for consumption on site.
What if my booking is more expensive than my Vouchers?
The Vouchers will then be used as part payment. You can pay the remaining amount using another payment method. The Vouchers will then be deemed to have been redeemed.
Can I redeem several Vouchers at the same time?
Yes, you can enter or scan several codes in succession until the entire amount is covered.
How do I redeem a Relax Cards?
Relax Cards work like Vouchers. You will find the code (10 digits, or 0+9 digits, starting with "s") on the back of the Relax Cards. Enter it including the "s" in the field.
Can I book a different service than the one on the Vouchers?
You can use your Vouchers flexibly according to their value in Swiss francs - no matter which service you choose. We will be happy to help you at the cash desk or you can use the Vouchers directly when making your online reservation.
Can I convert my Vouchers?
Yes, you can use it to buy a new Vouchers - also ideal as a gift.
Are Vouchers transferable?
Yes, the Vouchers are not personalised. You can therefore give it as a gift or have a new Vouchers issued for it.
I would like to book several treatments at different facilities.
You can pay for all products in the webshop with a Vouchers. Simply add the desired offers from the various spa worlds to your shopping basket and redeem your Vouchers when paying.
My Vouchers cannot be redeemed - what could be the reason?
Your Vouchers or Relax Cards may have expired or have already been fully redeemed.
