Matcha latte - easy to prepare
Experience the perfect combination of creamy milk and revitalising matcha! Rich in antioxidants and gentle energy, this soothing drink is ideal for your relaxing moments. Try it for yourself - or enjoy it directly with us at Solbad Schönbühl.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl matcha concentrate
- 250 ml warm milk (e.g. oat, almond or cow's milk)
Preparation:
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over a medium heat until it is warm - but not boiling.
- Pour the matcha concentrate into a cup. If you are using an unsweetened or milder concentrate, you can optionally add a little honey or agave syrup.
- Slowly pour the warm milk into the cup and stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
- Optional extra touch: Refine your drink with a pinch of cinnamon or turmeric if you like - or add some whipped cream.
- Your detox drink is ready - creamy, soothing and refreshing at the same time.
