The Mineralbad Rigi continues the 600-year-old bathing tradition on Mount Rigi. A special place of peace and relaxation awaits you in the midst of the marvellous mountain scenery. The internationally renowned architect Mario Botta has reinterpreted the historic bathing culture and created a place that harmoniously combines history, nature and design.
The mineral-rich spring water from the Three Sisters' Well is heated sustainably and gives you a sense of well-being in a unique environment - whether in the light-flooded indoor area, the heated outdoor pool with panoramic views, the herbal steam bath, the Finnish herbal sauna or the mysterious Crystal Spa.
Your time out is complemented by soothing massages and nourishing treatments that give you additional relaxation. Our Bistro will spoil you with culinary delights, where you can enjoy homemade specialities in a relaxed atmosphere - from hot dishes and soups to fresh salads and fine pastries.
The large bathing hall - the The centrepiece of the mineral baths
In the large bathing hall, glass skylights are reminiscent of sparkling crystals and bathe the room in mystical light. Relax in the 35 °C water with massage jets, Neck jets and bubble loungers. The sunbathing area and the wide glass façade open up views of the mountains.
Outdoor pool with mountain view
In the 35 °C outdoor pool, you can relax in the mineral-rich water of the Drei-Schwestern-Brunnen healing spring. Bubble loungers provide soothing relaxation and lightness. Enjoy the view of the mountains - in summer also from the sun deck.
The Herbal steam bath
The long Herbal steam bath envelops you in cosy steam from fine mountain herbs. The moist heat cleanses the skin, promotes detoxification and clears the airways. Large glass fronts open up the view outside and give you a sense of space before you relax in the relaxation room.
The Spa area
The spa is a retreat for adults aged 16 and over. Soothing treatments and massages await you in a stylish ambience. The highlight is the mysterious Crystal Spa. In the infusion sauna, you can enjoy herbal infusions, tea and Rigi spring water.
