Children from 4 to 15 years are welcome - daily from 09.00 to 17.00, accompanied by an adult.

Eating & drinking
The consumption of food and drink is only permitted in the designated areas. For reasons of hygiene, only food purchased on site may be consumed.

Cloakrooms
Lockers are available for clothing and valuables. Please keep the cloakrooms clean and tidy.

Natural saltwater bath etiquette
The spa is a place of peace and quiet. Please talk to your child quietly and considerately. Shouting, splashing, diving or running around is not permitted.

Showering
Showering is obligatory before bathing.

Utensils
Water toys such as balls, fins or swimming goggles are not permitted in the pool.

The Solbad Schönbühl may only be used in normal swimwear*. For reasons of hygiene, please do not wear underwear under your swimwear - especially not under swim shorts.

* Permitted swimwear:
Swimming costumes, bikinis, tankinis, burkinis, swimming trunks or swimming shorts - provided they are specifically designed for use in the water.

Other items of clothing are not permitted in the bathroom.

• Showering before bathing is mandatory.
• In the public area, please only shower in swimwear - textile-free showers are not permitted here.
• For more privacy, there are plenty of showers and individual cubicles available.

• The consumption of food and drink is only permitted in the designated areas - i.e. only where food and drink are on offer.
• Feel free to visit our Bistro and let us spoil you with fine food and refreshing drinks.
• Please note: For reasons of hygiene, purchased food may only be consumed within the facility.

Warm brine water has a calming effect on your entire organism - which is why a visit to us can also be very beneficial during pregnancy. However, how your body reacts to warm water is individual. Please therefore check with your doctor in advance whether a visit is suitable for you.

Massages during pregnancy

• For safety reasons, we do not perform massages until the 12th week of pregnancy.
• From the 13th week onwards, we will be happy to pamper you with a suitable massage - with the exception of Foot reflexology, which we do not perform during pregnancy.

At Solbad Schönbühl, you will automatically be assigned a masseuse or masseur - it is not possible to choose your gender. We ask for your understanding and invite you to relax in the experienced hands of our team and enjoy the soothing treatment to the full.

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before your massage or treatment appointment - so you can change in peace, arrive and start your time-out in a relaxed manner.

• Children and young people under the age of 16 cannot book a massage.
• From the age of 16, a massage is only possible when accompanied by an adult.
• From the age of 18, a massage is also permitted unaccompanied.

• If you are mentally impaired, a massage is only possible with an accompanying person.
• If you have a physical impairment, the massage can also be carried out without an accompanying person - provided you can get onto the massage table independently.
